Ako BzzGroup sme sa prihlásili na projekt pre mladých v Poľsku pod názvom „Youth work in 3D – Discovering, Developing, Disseminating Youngsters‘ Potential“, ktorý sa bude konať v auguste 2015. Vybraných účastníkov kontaktujeme do týždňa od deadlinu a podáme im bližšie informácie, ostatní budú automaticky zaradení ako náhradníci v prípade, ak niekto účasť zruší.

POČET ÚČATNÍKOV: 4 účastníci z každej zúčastnenej organizácie nad 18 rokov
CENA:
Ubytovanie, strava, program a aktivity budú zabezpečené a zaplatené poľskou organizáciou.
Podľa platných smerníc programu Erasmus+ sa účastníkom zo Slovenska cestovné náklady nepreplatia, pretože vzdialenosť do Wisly zo Slovenska je menej než 100km, a preto v tomto prípade nie je nastavené preplatenie cestovných nákladov. Na druhej strane je to blízko, takže cestovné náklady nebudú vysoké :)
Ďalším poplatkom sú 3€ za sprostredkovanie našej skupine BzzGroup a spoluúčasť pri zabezpečovaní reprezentačných materiálov a darčekov.

POPIS PROJEKTU:
The aim of the project is to provide participants with knowledge and skills of coaching methods in order to discover and maximize the potential of the individual. Participants of the project will be youth workers, leaders and teachers, who in their daily work can use methods presented during the project. The training will help not only in the effective
work with youngsters, but also to discover own aspirations, plans and the direction of
selfdevelopment. Methods used during training will be active coaching methods to help set the goals related to professional and private life, which will give new quality and place of the taken section, the methods of non-formal education, involving the body and mind and to harmonize the work of both, workshops of art therapy - through music, art, drama, dance - learning how to work with metaphor, discover abilities, capabilities and needs, how to deal with fears and weaknesses and how to turn them into a positive experience, as well as presentations, simulations and brainstorming. An important element of the training will be both : group and individual work. The final result of the project will be a guidebook, which will be a collection of tips, methods and tools on the management of human potential using the methods of coaching, and which will be prepared by the participants with the support of the trainers and published in book form in English. Long-term benefit of the project will also be a collaboration with local communities through meetings and workshops on topics such as self-development, education, setting goals, planning activities and life in balance in harmony with right values.
